Shipping Policy:
Orders are dispatched within a day, and deliveries are made Monday to Friday 9am-6pm. Delivery times should be used as a guide, kindly note delivery may take longer depending on the delivery location, transit delays, or customs clearance. European Orders
Orders shipped within the European Union include VAT in the final price. No additional duties or taxes apply. If a parcel is refused or unclaimed and returned to us, the original shipping cost will be deducted from any refund once the item is safely received.

International Orders
Orders shipped outside the European Union are sent on a Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU) basis. Any import duties, taxes or customs fees applied by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. If an order is refused or unclaimed due to unpaid duties or taxes, it will be returned to us. In such cases, all related shipping, customs and re-import costs will be deducted from the refund.



Refund policy:
We gladly accept exchanges or refunds within 7 days from the receipt of your order. The returned items must be sent back in the original condition with all packaging and materials received with the order (bags, wrappings, tags etc.). Refunds will be processed within 7-14 days from the arrival date. Please note all return shipping and import fees are at the sole responsibility of the customer.
